British artist Richard Sweeney collaborated with UAP on his artwork Swift for the newly developed Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre, in Suzhou, China. [Urban Arts Projects] worked with the artist to develop, fabricate and install the artwork, which sits atop a water feature, appearing to float weightlessly. Fabricated in stainless steel with a white paint finish, the artwork continues Sweeney’s signature technique of curved pleating, representing movement, agility and flight.
